I’d like to provide some feedback on Paul’s visit. He was extremely professional and informative. He was polite and ensured our requirements were catered for, whilst checking we were happy with everything before he left.
All in all, he has definitely provided a service above expectations.

I just wanted to leave you some feedback regarding one of your engineers Paul Daley who has just been to service our franking machine.
He was really lovely and friendly and I feel I could easily approach him with a question/query however small and he’d be happy to help, which is rare as a lot of the time you get people who just want to get in and out, get the job done, but I didn’t feel this was his motive at all – he was extremely patient with me, and he was more than happy to answer any questions. His friendly nature made him easy to talk to and brightened up my afternoon a little bit!
I just wanted to let you know I think he is a great asset to your team!

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how helpful Paul Daley has been with setting up our franking machine.
His customer service skills are excellent and he’s informative and understanding nature has made this installation a lot easier to deal with and understand. His general attitude is friendly and helpful.

I feel I must write to give feedback when your engineer – Mr Paul Daley – visited us on Monday 9 November, to set the above machine up.
What a smart, courteous, professional and extremely helpful young man he is !! We encountered a few problems with the WiFi, which he promptly sorted out, and
took the time and trouble to demonstrate and explain the workings of the machine.
Unfortunately I was given some incorrect information by xxxxxx which I was very disappointed. I had to phone xxxxxx with a query whilst Paul was here, and to be honest, xxxxxx was quite short and rude with his answer.
Dealing with Paul after this, made me feel that as a customer, my order was valued !!

Mr Daley had a very friendly approach to his visit today, communicating well with the staff working within the area
He appears, as he has consistently on previous visits a hard-working, conscientious, enthusiastic, honest worker who takes a pride in his provision of service.
He operates effectively in a neat and tidy manner leaving the workplace and surrounding areas as he found them with no disruption and is very informative about the product, taking time to engage on how the product is operating and any issues that may need addressing.
Staff like Mr Daley are a credit to your organisation.

Your engineer, Paul Dailey, attended our site today to carry out repairs to the franking machine. It was a shere pleasure to meet a person who was so cheerful, pleasant and interactive.

He did an amazing job. He was friendly, insightful and generally a really nice person to be around. There were 3 of us working in our part of the office and we all enjoyed his company and professionalism.

We had a visit for installation of a franking machine last Weds by Paul Daley your Field Service Engineer.
I cannot speak highly enough of his attitude, helpfulness and particularly his sense of humour. He was great to start with at helping us to adjust the table to get it to the correct height that was needed, he then improvised when missing parts were not delivered and was brilliant at training the girls and myself at just the right level.
He was friendly and approachable and we were able to iron out all of our queries on the day and offered for us to call him should any subsequent queries arise, which we have had to on one occasion.

We have one of your franking machines in our office and recently had a visit from Mr Paul Daley to carry out a routing service for us.
I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that my colleagues and I are extremely happy and confident with his work and service, he is very polite and willing to go the extra to help us and ensure we are happy with the service. He always lightens up our office and is fun to have around and he clearly knows exactly what he is doing.
