Common Sense is obviously supposed to be a level of awareness/comprehension that is attainable by all, hence common. This assumption is enforced by the fact that it is something we can gain without teachings from a book or a tutor outside of ourselves. So why does common sense seem so uncommon nowadays?

Common sense is a normal native level of intelligence, which is expressed, and used as a basic means of survival, by all living things that strive to survive.

Since common sense is native and inherent, we should all have it to use, and as it is so vital for survival, it should be the governing factor over EVERYTHING WE DO.
But it is not.

Our common sense is nurtured through our senses and enforced by others using it around us, especially when we are young. This process is so fundamental to us that if not taken seriously will have random life changing effects on our growth and can leave us vulnerable to many dangers, seen and unseen.

All living things have a specialised bodily structure that receives or is sensitive to external and/or internal stimuli. On a basic level, a plant is sensitive to changes in its environment and will adapt accordingly (within its means) to survive, so is showing some level of common sense.

The Root Of All The programmes

The basis of holistic development is to be able to comprehend a process of how all things connect and relate, starting from source. The root.

Energy does not die and is not created, this means it is infinite. It gets translated, converted or manipulated and is the birth place of matter. Gas losing energy becomes a slower vibrating state, liquid. Liquid losing energy becomes ice. Slower vibrating means more physical and easier to interact or interfere with.

Our enhancement (N-hancement) process of holistic development deals with the physical, mental and emotional/energy aspects in our lives. This is relating to our body, mind and spirit. The trinity of states that can be seen throughout the universe and can be used to explain the building blocks of creation and destruction within our lives. Three states coming together working as one.
The basis of harmony in music and within our lives.

The least number of notes (played together) on an instrument needed to make a harmony is three. A cord. Not just any three notes or they clash and we hear them separately. But when you find the right blend they sound like one. Synchronised.

The (NWHD) was created by us from the will to make tangible what holistic development is all about, how and when to use it and why we need this in our lives. All of this done in a practical and logical way so it is easy to comprehend. But it still takes work. Change always does. Not change of religion, culture or anything drastic like that, just a healthier frame of mind and more purposeful approach to life. Sharpening senses, more informed and happier in yourself because of it. Holistic. Physical, mental and emotional/energy enhancement. Finding a balance. 
Feeling confident, safe and secure because of knowing a bit more. We call this process "Living with purpose". Living, as in showing you're alive by being active, taking control and being truly responsible. The purpose becomes clear because the wheel shows the route we need to take to achieve these things and enhance ourselves.

NQAL DIA

Colours play a big part in our lives and have a direct affect on our well being. From sunlight going through a prism to pigment in materials, they all represent frequencies, waves, vibrations, energies and information that interacts with us. There are seven visible colours in the rainbow, from red (the lowest vibration of the seven) to violet (which is the highest). These seven colours are used to show progression of levels, stages and growth, in both industry and nature.

We used this same process (humbly) with regards to the pages of our website. The colour green is in the middle of the seven colours with three colours to the left and right of it. The three to the left (yellow, orange and red) are activating colours as their vibrancy attracts our attention and energises us. Hence red with the most attracting properties, is used for danger. While to the right of the green is blue, indigo and violet, colours that have less attracting properties and a more calming, pacifying or relaxing effects on us.

There are other characteristics relating to each colour to express in more detail how these colours can affect us, but the dominant factor in all of this is whether this is taking place on a subliminal level, where as you are being activated/ triggered without knowing, or if you are aware of this and are consciously choosing to use this process to benefit you.
